As a run-up to the International Day of Yoga 2023, Indian Navy showcases the GoI’s Ocean Ring of Yoga initiative as INS Shivalik conducted Yoga in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Indian diaspora, Indonesian Navy personnel, Indian Embassy officials & local citizens enthusiastically participated along with the ship’s crew. The event helped create awareness & spread the message of Yoga for a healthy body and mind.
