“RUN FOR UNITY” Organised at NSTL
NSTL organized a “Run for Unity” on 31 Oct 2023, the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas commemorating the birth anniversary of Sardar Ballabh Bhai Patel. The 2 Km run started with an inspiring speech from Dr. Abraham Varughese, Outstanding Scientist & Director NSTL. Dr. HN Das, Scientist-G & Chairman Works Committee administered the unity pledge. The Run started from Mohapatra Manasi Auditorium, went through the NSTL residential area and terminated at the same place.
Dr. Abraham Varughese expressed happiness over the active participation of regular employees of NSTL, Members of NSTL Civil Employees Union; Members of Works Committee; Members of NSTL Mahila Kalyan Manch(MKM); and children & teachers from Ramanath Secondary School.
Mrs. Ilin Dinah Abraham, the first lady of NSTL; Col. BP Acharya, Sri Ch Jaya Rao, Sri Ch Chandrasekhara Rao, Sri JN Varma, Sri Sukant Sahoo; DSC jawans, school children and others have participated in the event.
