Hindi Fortnight Inaugurated at ENC
Hindi Fortnight scheduled from 18 Sep to 10 Oct 24 at Eastern Naval Command was inaugurated by Rear Admiral M Murali Mohan Raju, Chief Staff Officer (Personnel & Administration) HQENC. The Hindi Fortnight will feature a range of activities, including competitions and workshops and would culminate with the release of the 30th edition of the in-house Hindi magazine ‘Poorvi Vani’ on 10 Oct 24. The ceremony was attended by both service and civilian personnel from various ships and establishments of the ENC.
Speaking on the occasion, the Admiral congratulated all prize winners and emphasised the significance of using Hindi in official work. He appreciated the dedicated efforts of ENC personnel towards implementation of Hindi and urged them to continue their contributions towards enhancing use of the language in the Command.
