The Welcoming Ceremony at Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam was conducted on 18 Nov.4. SeaVigil24. 4th edition of Pan-India Coastal Defence Exercise Sea Vigil scheduled on 20 & 21 Nov 24. Involving 06 Ministries & 21 Organisations/ agencies, & across all coastal states & union territories, Sea Vigil 2024 will span an unprecedented scale. The Exercise focuses on strengthening the security of coastal assets like Ports, Oil Rigs, Single Point Moorings, Cable Landing Points & other critical coastal infrastructure, including the coastal population. It also aims to raise awareness amongst coastal communities about Maritime Security.
