She emphasized that the government backs these efforts through initiatives like the single-window system for faster plan approvals. Additionally, the government’s measures to tackle illegal mining and implement a free sand policy have significantly benefited the construction sector. Addressing concerns over land encroachment, Minister Anita assured that a dedicated cell, supported by the police, has been established to tackle these issues effectively.Echoing the similar sentiments, Pendurthi MLA Panchakarla RameshBabu also praised CREDAI’s contribution to the nation’s growth andacknowledged the state government’s proactive policies in restoringnormalcy for the builders’ community.Highlighting measures to enhance the ease of doing business, heshared, “We’ve introduced a single-window system for streamlined,time-bound approvals. This initiative not only simplifies businessprocesses but accelerates growth and investment in the region”.CREDAI Visakhapatnam Chairman, KSRK Raju (Sai), President V.Dharmender, and Honorary Secretary V. Sreenu expressed theirsatisfaction with the impressive response, commenting, “The public’senthusiasm reflects the growing confidence in Vizag’s real estatemarket. The city’s emerging status as an industrial and tourism hub is driving substantial growth.” They described the expo as a clearindication of the increasing demand for real estate in Vizag. They also highlighted CREDAI’s dedication to transparency and customerfocused practices, stating, “The success of this event lies in facilitating connections between buyers and the right properties, while contributing to the local economy.”.CREDAI National Joint Secretary B Raja Srinivas and Convenor ofthe Property Expo also spoke on the occasion, emphasizing thepositive impact the expo had on fostering trust between developersand buyers.
