Hon’ble Minister promised to try to Integrate Ayurveda with Modern Medicine…..Dr. Rao further said that around 80% of the world’s population is estimated to use traditional medicine and to date, 170 of the 194 WHO Member States have reported the use of traditional medicine, and their governments have asked for WHO’s support in creating a body of reliable evidence and data on traditional medicine practices and products. “For many millions of people around the world, traditional medicine is the first. port of call to treat many diseases,” According to latest reports 70-75 percent of poor, middle class and village population are using Ayurveda as the priority treatment however modern medicine role is during all emergencies. Under this context Dr. Kutikuppala appealed to the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Sri. Narendra Modi to start Ayurvedic Integrated with Modern Medicine A.I.M. centers of excellency all over the country for a holistic health and to create disease free society.
