Maa Biraja Devi Shakti Peetham మా బిరజా దేవి శక్తి పీఠం ఆలయ రహస్యం in Jajpur OdishaVizag Vision బిరాజా దేవాలయం, లేదా బిరిజా క్షేత్రం, భారతదేశం, ఒడిషా రాష్ట్రం, భువనేశ్వర్‌కు ఉత్తరంగా సుమారు 125 కి.మీ దూరంలో ఉన్న జాజ్‌పూర్‌ లోని ఒక చారిత్రాత్మక హిందూ దేవాలయం ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న ఆలయం సా.శ. 13వ శతాబ్దంలోనిర్మించబడింది. ప్రధాన విగ్రహం దుర్గా దేవి.ఆమె ఈ ఆలయంలో విరాజా (గిరిజ) గా పూజిస్తారు.ఈ ఆలయం ఉన్న కారణంగా జాజ్‌పూర్‌కు “విరజా క్షేత్రం”, “బిరాజా పీఠం” అనే మారు పేర్లు వచ్చాయి. దుర్గా విగ్రహానికి రెండుచేతులు (ద్విభుజ) ఉన్నాయి. ఒక చేత్తో మహిషాసురుని ఛాతీపై ఈటెలు వేస్తూ, మరో చేత్తో అతని తోకను లాగుతుంది. ఆమె పాదాలలో ఒకటి సింహంపై, మరొకటి మహిషాసురుని ఛాతీపై ఉంటుంది. మహిషాసురుడు నీటి గేదెగా చిత్రీకరించబడ్డాడు. విగ్రహ కిరీటంలో వినాయకుడు, నెలవంక, శివలింగం ఉన్నాయి.ఈ ఆలయం పెద్ద విస్తీర్ణంలో ఉంది. శివుడు, ఇతర దేవతల అనేక మందిరాలు ఉన్నాయి.స్కంద పురాణం ప్రకారం ఇది యాత్రికుల మనస్సులకు ప్రశాంతత చేకూరుస్తుంది లేదా శుభ్రపరుస్తుంది. దీనిని విరజా లేదా బిరాజ క్షేత్రం అంటారు. జాజ్‌పూర్‌లో దాదాపు కోటిశివలింగాలు ఉన్నాయని నమ్ముతారు.బిరజా ఆలయానికి దక్షిణంగా కొద్ది దూరంలో త్రిలోచనేశ్వర్ ఆలయం ఉంది..
బిరాజ కుడివైపున ఉన్న శ్రీ బగలముఖి దేవికి ప్రత్యేక మందిరం ఉంది. దశమహావిద్యలో ఈ రూపానికి చాలా తక్కువసంఖ్యలో ఆలయాలు కనిపిస్తాయి..
పిఠాపురంలో పాదగయ ఉంది, సిర గయ బీహార్‌లో ఉంది, నాభి గయ ఇక్కడ బావి రూపంలో కనిపిస్తుంది.పితృ పూజ (పిండ దాన్, తర్పణం, తిథి) ఇక్కడ నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఆలయ అర్చకులే పూజాసామాగ్రిని ఏర్పాటుచేస్తారు.
బ్రహ్మయమలతంత్రంలో శక్తికి అంకితం చేయబడిన “ఆద్య స్తోత్రం” అనే శ్లోకం ఉంది.ఆ శ్లోకంలో విమల అనేది పూరీ దేవత. విరజా (గిరిజ)గాఒడిషాలో మారి ఉత్కళ రాజ్యంలో పూజించబడే దేవత. తంత్ర చూడామణి ప్రకారం, సతీదేవి నాభి “విరజా క్షేత్రం” అని పిలువబడే ఉత్కళ రాజ్యంలో పడిపోయిందని పురాణ కథనం. ఆదిశంకరుడు తన అష్టాదశ శక్తిపీఠ స్తుతిలో దేవతను గిరిజాగా వర్ణించాడు. తంత్ర సాహిత్యంలో, ఒడ్డియాన పీఠం, తూర్పు భారతదేశంలో వైతరణి నదికి సమీపంలో ఉంది…
కృష్ణ పక్ష అష్టమినాడు రాత్రి ప్రారంభమయ్యే శారదీయ దుర్గా పూజ ఆలయంలో ప్రాథమిక ఆచారం. ఇది మహాలయానికి ముందు వస్తుంది. అశ్విన్ శుక్ల పక్ష నవమి నాడు ముగుస్తుంది. షోడశ దినాత్మిక పూజ అని పిలువబడే ఈపూజ 16 రోజుల పాటు కొనసాగుతుంది. రథ (రథోత్సవం)ని సింహధ్వజ అనిపిలుస్తారు. దాని జెండాలో సింహం చిహ్నం ఉంటుంది. నవరాత్రులను అపరాజిత పూజగా జరుపుకుంటారు. ఇతర పండుగలలో నక్షత్రం, శ్రవణం, ప్రథమాష్టమి, పాన సంక్రాంతి, రాజ పర్వ, నవన్న ఉన్నాయి. జాజ్‌పూర్ బ్రాహ్మణులచే తంత్ర, ఆగమ సంప్రదాయాలకు అనుగుణంగా దేవిని మహిషాసురమర్దినిగా ప్రతిరోజు పూజిస్తారు.
