దేశ‌భ‌క్తిని నింపే ప్ర‌య‌త్నం..స‌మిష్టి కృషితో సాకారం చేసే దిశ‌గా న‌డిచింది. విశాఖ న‌గ‌రం వేదిక‌గా మ‌రొక ప్ర‌పంచ రికార్డు సాధ‌న‌కు ప‌య‌త్నం జ‌రిగింది. అక్క‌య్య‌పాలెంలోని పోర్టు స్టేడియం వేదిక‌గా 14 కిలోమీట‌ర్లు పొడ‌వైన జాతీయ ప‌తాకాన్ని తీర్చిదిద్దే, నూత‌న ప్ర‌పంచ రికార్డును నిర్మించే ప్ర‌య‌త్నం జ‌రిగింది. భార‌త దేశంలోని విభిన్న రాష్ట్రాల నుంచే కాకుండా అమెరికా, యుకె. బెల్జియం, మ‌లేషియా, సింగ‌పూర్‌, దుబాయ్ త‌దిత‌ర ప్రాంతాల నుంచి చేతితో అల్లిన జాతీయ ప‌తాకాల‌ను వంద‌లాది మంది పంపారు. వీటితో లార్జెస్ట్ క్రొచెట్ బంటింగ్ కార్య‌క్ర‌మం నిర్వ‌హించారు. మ‌హిళా మ‌నోవికాస్ ఆధ్వ‌ర్యంలో ప్రాజెక్ట్ తిరంగా పేరుతో నిర్వ‌హించిన ఈ కార్య‌క్ర‌మం ఒక నూత‌న శ‌క్తిని ప్ర‌ద‌ర్శించింది. భార‌త దేశంలోని విభిన్న రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి మ‌హిళ‌లు, చిన్నారులు ప్ర‌త్యేకంగా త‌యారు చేసిన 40 వేల‌కు పైగా జాతీయ‌ప‌తాకాల‌ను ఒక ప్ర‌మ‌ప‌ద్ద‌తితో స్టేడియంలో వేలాడ‌దీసారు. గ‌తంలో ఉన్న 11.78 కిలోమీట‌ర్లు పొడ‌వైన జాతీయ ప‌తాకం తీర్చిదిద్ది నెల‌కొల్పిన రికార్డును అధిగ‌మిస్తూ 14 కిలోమీట‌ర్లు పొడ‌వైజ భార‌త జాతీయ ప‌తాకాన్ని త‌యారు చేసే దిశ‌గా నిర్వాహ‌కులు కృషి చేసారు.
ఒకే దేశం…ఒక ప‌తాకం…దేశ‌భ‌క్తికి చిహ్నం….
ఒకే దేశం…ఒక ప‌తాకంగా దేశం న‌లుమూల‌ల నుంచి నిర్ధిష్ట కొల‌త‌లో ఊలుతో ప్ర‌త్యేకంగా చేతితో అల్లిన జాతీయ ప‌తాకాల‌ను విశాఖ‌కు తీసుకువ్చారు. వీటిని ఒక క్ర‌మ ప‌ద్ద‌తిలో పోర్టు స్టేడియంలో వేలాడ దీసారు. 14 వ‌రుస‌ల చొప్పున స్టేడియం చుట్టూ ఉన్న ఇనుప స్థంభాల‌కు వీటిని క‌ట్టారు. దాదాపు 14 కిలోమీట‌ర్లు పొడ‌వైన జాతీయ ప‌తాకాన్ని త‌యారు చేసి ప్ర‌ద‌ర్శించే ఈ బృహ‌త్ ప్ర‌య‌త్నం శ‌నివారం ఉద‌యం 6 గంట‌ల‌కు ప్రారంభ‌మైది. దాదాపు 12 గంట‌ల స‌మయం శ్ర‌మించి వీటిని ఏర్పాటు చేసారు. అనంత‌రం గిన్నిస్ బుక్ ప్ర‌తినిధులు విచ్చేసి స్వ‌యంగా వీటిని ప‌రిశీలించి, కొల‌త‌లు తీసుకుని ప్ర‌పంచ రికార్డుకు సంబంధించిన గుర్తింపు ప‌త్రాన్ని అందిస్తారు.
కార్య‌క్ర‌మ నిర్వాహ‌కురాలు మాధ‌వి సూరిభ‌ట్ల మాట్లాడుతూ గ‌తంలో ఎంతో ప్రాచుర్యం పొందిన అల్లిక‌( క్రొచెట్) ను ప్రోత్స‌హించ‌డం, పూర్వ‌వైభ‌వం తీసుకురావ‌డం, నేటిత‌రం యువ‌త‌కు ప‌రిచ‌యం చేస్తూ దేశ‌భ‌క్తిని, స‌మైక్య స్ఫూర్తిని చాటే విధంగా ఈ కార్య‌క్ర‌మం చేప‌డుతున్న‌ట్లు చెప్పారు. దాదాపు 40 వేల‌కుపైగా ఊలుతో త‌యారు చేసిన జాతీయ ప‌తాకాల‌ను ఉప‌యోగించి 14 కిలోమీట‌ర్లు పొడ‌వైన జాతీయ ప‌త‌కాన్ని త‌యారు చేయ‌డం ల‌క్ష్యంగా ఈ కార్య‌క్ర‌మం జ‌రుగుతోంద‌న్నారు. చిన్నారుల నుంచి వృద్ధుల వ‌ర‌కు అన్ని వ‌య‌స్సుల వారు ఎంతో ఉత్సాహంగా దేశ‌భ‌క్తితో ఈ కార్య‌క్ర‌మంలో భాగం కావ‌డం సంతోషాన్ని ఇస్తోంద‌న్నారు. గిన్నిస్ బుక్ ప్ర‌తినిధులు ప్ర‌త్య‌క్షంగా ప‌రిశీలించి, రికార్డును ఆదివారం అందిస్తార‌న్నారు.
