The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 500 employees and CISF personnel.Shri J.S. Bindra, IRTS, Chairperson, VPA, attended as the Chief Guest and stated that yoga should be a part and parcel of one’s life. He said that by practising yoga, many ailments can be kept away, leading to a healthy and stress-free life.An Art of Living Yoga Guru from the Bangalore Ashram guided the participants through a series of yoga asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation. He highlighted the role of yoga in fostering a sense of unity and harmony within the community and advised everyone to practise yoga daily.Smt.
